The art of being knowingly overdressed
I’m Adeline: a dopamine-dressing devotee with signature pink hair and a wardrobe that refuses to stay quiet.
Through Unapologetically Me, I’ve built a joyful, inclusive corner of the internet where fashion is a tool for empowerment rather than just a trend. I blend high-energy content with candid mental health advocacy, proving that taking up space is a non-negotiable. Whether I’m public speaking or collaborating with bold brands, my mission is simple: to inspire people to stop waiting for “the right occasion” and wear their best clothes today.
THE TEA
My style has always been unapologetic. Colour and texture are my native languages. As a child, I was the one turning up to parties in traditional Provençal dress while everyone else wore jeans; as an adult, I was the neon flash in a sea of grey office suits. But for a long time, my colours were dimmed.
I spent years in a coercive relationship that stripped away my confidence, my wardrobe, and my voice. I went from living a life of vibrancy to hiding in the shadows, dressed entirely in beige.
Reclaiming my palette was the first step in reclaiming my power.
Today, I’m a survivor and an advocate. I don’t just wear sequins because they’re pretty; I wear them because I earned the right to be seen. My page is a safe space for anyone who has ever felt “too much” or not enough. Between the clothes, the cake, and a little bit of chaos, I’m here to give you the permission you’ve been waiting for to be your loudest, brightest, and most authentic self.
SUGAR, BUTTER, AND A LITTLE BIT OF CHAOS

If I’m not in front of a camera advocating for mental health or dopamine dressing, I am probably in the kitchen covered in buttercream. After a decade of running my own bakery, I closed the doors to focus entirely on bespoke creations. Baking is my other love language – it’s edible dopamine. Just like my wardrobe, my cakes are loud, colourful, and created to be celebrated. Whether it’s a towering wedding cake or vibrant corporate cupcakes, it’s all part of the same philosophy: life is too short for boring clothes and bland food.
